Given the nature of our digital products, which are delivered electronically upon purchase and cannot be physically returned, our policy is as follows:
We offer a 14-day refund policy. You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a valid request to our support email at support@spxgex.com. We may ask you to clarify the reason for your request (e.g., a technical flaw we were unable to resolve, or the product did not function as described).
No refunds will be granted after the 14-day period has elapsed.
All payments and refunds are processed through our authorized payment partner and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. When your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, subject to the policies of Paddle and your bank.
